Instead, we need to open ourselves to the questions a situation asks us and accept not knowing the answer right now, in order to uncover new ideas, deep wisdom, and true change.

Uncertain of where to begin, people often try to narrow down a situation to a single essential problem – the one they attempt to solve.
But problem-solving itself can be problematic: it often overlooks the dynamics, relationships, and interconnectedness that are crucial.

Founded in 2024 by Gabriel Fehrenbach out of the realisation that the deep societal change we seek is only possible through new ways of transformation and change, we deliver not only methods and consultancy, but a whole new framework for understanding the situation we face as humanity and creating far-reaching change.
